WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We seek two essential attributes: our people have to be very bright - the client situations we find ourselves in are highly demanding, and we need to be able to come up to speed very fast; and our people have to be highly personable - it is never enough to create dry solutions to business problems; a key part of the solution always is the buy-in and commitment of the client team of which we will always be a part.
We look for our consultants to have had a major contribution to business and economic change in their previous roles. Academically excellent, our consultants will all have had considerable exposure to the full project life-cycle, from shaping and planning through to the delivery of business change, and corporate finance extensive knowledge while working with a range of blue chip clients.
